Applying to registered members of the Ruby Mountain
1. Terms
By accessing Ruby Mountain you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you will be prohibited from using or accessing this site and the studies therein. The materials contained in Ruby Mountain are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Ruby Mountain offers an early introductory approach to Emin studies and should not be considered full official Emin membership. The Ruby Mountain student is considered a probationary Amethyst Emin member for up to two years. Actual full Emin Membership is a separate agreement and not guaranteed by engaging in the Ruby Mountain studies. The content of Ruby Mountain should not be considered official Emin content and material.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Ruby Mountain website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- modify or copy the materials;
- use of materials, or parts thereof, for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Ruby Mountain web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server.

- This license and membership shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ruby Mountain at any time.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on the Ruby Mountain website are provided ‘as is’. Ruby Mountain makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Ruby Mountain does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall the Ruby Mountain be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Ruby Mountain website, even if Ruby Mountain or an authorized person of Ruby Mountain has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the Ruby Mountain website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. There may be variations in the diverse language formats. Ruby Mountain does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are totally accurate, complete, or current. Ruby Mountain may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Ruby Mountain does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Ruby Mountain has not reviewed all of the sites that may be linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Ruby Mountain of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
7. Terms and Conditions Modifications
Ruby Mountain may revise these Terms and Conditions for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Ruby Mountain website shall be governed by the laws of the Ruby Mountain Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Restrictions
Ruby Mountain does not agree to the usage of hallucinogenic illegal substances. It is expected that students are law-abiding citizens. No politics are entered into nor the promotion of other belief systems, religions etc. The posting of lurid, indecent or rude content or comments onto the site or comments sections is inadmissible.
10. Termination of Association
If the attitude or behaviour of a student falls outside what is considered decent and respectful by the Ruby Mountain founder members, or violates the restrictions stated, it may lead to membership termination with immediate notice given. In this case only the value of any remaining portion of the month’s subscription will be refunded.
11. Emin Association
An Amethyst Emin member is considered a probationary Emin member for up to two years until, and if, full membership is confirmed and established. Full membership allows further access to international Emin content, seminars, webinars, gatherings and other benefits. The Terms and Conditions of membership continue as stated here.
12. Full membership
Whilst the “Seven Trails’ of the Ruby Mountain introductory series offers a week by week progression, full Emin membership is a seperate agreed to association that, whilst offering a much broader range of studies, varies in opportunity, regularity and frequency. Participation in all events and studies is not guaranteed.
